Idea for reflection – 21

The world is full of answers. If you ask a simple question, you can get a million of them, no problem. In fact, think of how many conclusions we reach each day: think about all of our likes and dislikes, our views about the world, who we think we are, and who we decide we want to be. But have we ever been able to reach a point of absolute certainty about anything?

  1. Wow – that’s powerful, so motivating that I’m going to read this book. Thank you.

I’ve always felt that there is no certainty because the universe is constanting changing, therefore giving us new ideas about who we are and what we want to be, as well as changng the requirements of the what the universe needs in return.

That’s how I got to the name for my firm, Evolution Management…… we in a constant state of change and evolution and navigating those turns requires us to be mindful and open to what energy comes our way.

I can’t wait to get this book! Have a beautiful day.

I’ve taken a number of notes from this book about being comfortable with uncertainty and change. The chapters are short and easy to read. I’ve found that I often re-read a chapter over the course of a couple of days. The ideas are densely packed.

“…we in a constant state of change and evolution and navigating those turns requires us to be mindful and open to what energy comes our way.” Yes! In my experience, SPHR and Organization Development persons are one of the keys to the process as people can walk alongside organizations that are evolving and changing – watching for where the energy is flowing or stuck.
